"I’ve been with them for at least 15 years and have 4 vehicles and 1 personal policy. I guess that means I got taken for granted as customer who wouldn’t leave. Recently tried to discuss rate increase. Was told buying different vehicle would result in lower premiums (but it didn’t). Agent Katie could not even address me by correct name! Told me them messing up appointment was inconvenient for her!! Her tone entire time was defensive and could care less of losing a customer who’s been auto renewing multiple policies for over decade!! My suggestion: shop your policy if with Statefarm (might save you money!!) and shop your agency that’s more customer focused than this one!"
