"Bad experience with refund👎 I prepay 6 months auto insurance in FL end of January /24 but need to moved out of state to SC, I thought I could transfer my policy to SC, but I had to cancel the FL policy, so I cancelled it April 9/24 n have 4 months of the refund, I asked to direct deposit to my checking account but no, I’ll get the check in the mail, I gave them my new address in SC, I waited for a month no check, I called few times n was told the check was sent to my old address in FL, they said they’ll send a new check to my new address in SC, it been another month still no check, it been 2 months since I cancelled the policy, it caused me with financial difficulties pay my policy here in SC, I never have this issue with any other auto insurance companies… After over 2 months I finally received my refund check on June 15, the problem with that was the billing department processed sent the check to my old address in FL, not Kathy Scott State Farm in FL, Brice the agent at FL State Farm had been very helpful to me, after waited for over a month not yet received my refund check, I called few times spoke with Brice n he was so helpful to taking care the situation, he contacted the billing department n asked for issues n send the new check to my new address in SC back on May 21, but yet the billing Dpt issued n sent the check to my old address in FL again… I want to thank Brice at Kathy State Farm in FL for being so helpful to me n change my review from 1 start to 5👍 thank you Brice🤗"
