"I’ve been working with JB for about two years now, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better State Farm agent. He’s always friendly, courteous, and genuinely great to work with. JB consistently goes out of his way to explain my policy in a way that actually makes sense, so I know exactly what I’m paying for and why. It’s clear he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend JB to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy insurance agent. I called him recently to add my girlfriend to my policy and JB gave me some really good advice regarding canceling her old policy. Before JB I didn’t understand a lot when it came to auto policies and quite frankly I thought I was going to hate the experience.
